File upload progress!!!

Finally, there is a file upload progress window when uploading tracks.  If you find any bugs, please leave a comment here~!

This is the English Beta version of Szechuanz.  As you can see there are still a couple things that havent been translated into English, these will get done over the next couple of days.  But for now the site is very much usable!
